A head for numbers.
A curiosity for what’s next.

I’m a finance leader who likes getting into how things work. My work connects SaaS strategy, cloud economics, and data. My side projects usually start with a question: could this be a little better?

01 / THE PROFESSIONAL SIDEFinance, with a wider lens.

Understand the business.
Make better decisions.

Over a decade in SaaS finance has taken me from accounting and financial planning to pricing, cloud economics, and strategic finance. I like connecting the financial picture to the products, people, and systems behind it.

01

Planning with purpose

Budgets, forecasts, and long-range models that help teams decide where to invest and understand what drives performance.

02

The economics of software

Connecting recurring revenue, pricing, and cloud costs to understand what a product costs to deliver—and how it can grow.

03

Data that leads somewhere

Bringing disconnected information together so finance, product, and engineering teams can work from a clearer picture.

02 / BUILT OUT OF CURIOSITYPersonal projects. Practical problems.

A few things I’m building.

MEDIA DISCOVERYPersonal project

Find the next good watch.

Fetch is a personal media discovery tool that uses viewing history and feedback to suggest movies and shows—and explain why they might fit. Mood-based discovery helps narrow the search when “what should we watch?” is the hard part.

A PERSONAL CORNER OF THE WEBIn progress

A simpler place to start.

A private home dashboard that brings everyday media tools together with a consistent design and a single starting point. This site shares that same visual language: calm, straightforward, and easy to find your way around.

A PERSONAL AI ASSISTANTIn progress

My hardware. My assistant.

I’m building a personal AI assistant that runs on my own Mac and is accessible through a private, login-protected website. Local Qwen models handle the responses, while I control the models, access, and how conversations are stored. It’s an exploration of making AI useful from anywhere, with privacy and ownership built into the design.

03 / AWAY FROM THE SPREADSHEET

There’s more to life
than a good model.

The same curiosity tends to follow me outside work—into the mountains, the kitchen, and the search for something worth watching.

OUTSIDE

Room to wander.

Camping, mountain trips, and the small-town stop along the way. A reason to close the laptop and get out for a while.

IN THE KITCHEN

One more way to make it.

Recipes are a starting point. I’m interested in the regional traditions and little differences behind them—Hatch green chile included.

ON SCREEN

Something worth finding.

Movies, series, and discoveries beyond the obvious picks. Enough curiosity about what to watch that I started building a tool for it.

A LITTLE FURTHER AFIELD

Rhine & Dine.

A Christmas river cruise from Basel to Amsterdam. Port-by-port plans, places to eat, and a little room to wander.
